Jerky Jack is a start up company, owned and operated by Scott Lehman, Merrick Vecchione, and his wife Patti. We are based out of Warrenville, IL. Merrick and his wife participate in local shows as a vendor in the Greater Philadelphia area. Jerky Jack has recently acquired USDA status, and is ready for wholesale nationwide.

Jerky Jack was Scott's idea, thought up after returning from a gun show and buying jerky. With his love for jerky, and Merrick's knowledge of food, discussions began in March 2017.
