Jerky Jack is a start up company, owned and operated by Scott Lehman, Merrick Vecchione. We are based out of Warrenville, IL. Merrick participates in local shows as a vendor in the nationwide. Jerky Jack has recently acquired USDA status, and is ready for wholesale nationwide.

Jerky Jack was Scott's idea, thought up after returning from a gun show and buying jerky. With his love for jerky, and Merrick's knowledge of food, discussions began in March 2017.
